Everything, I was worried at first before leaving London but this is a great value for money, I travel a lot as I have a hiking company and was checking out the hotel and staff and will bring my client in early 2023 as I am more than satisfied so thank you very much indeed! - the rooms are spacious and comfy - the hotel is perfectly located ( centrally, you just need to walk straight to arrive to the main square, about 30 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by taxi about 50 dirams, £4, euro 5 (ask before ) - the pool is great - staff is good - clean - plenty of restaurants and bars around - the vibe is nice and traditional, just what I like, beautiful decor - most staff speak at least French, Arabic or English - surprisingly soundproof on the swimming pool side - they have traditional music played by 2 guys from 19 or 20 to 22, this is nice - you can book day trips directly from the hotel, a bit pricier but if you want to be safe that is the best way.( the Agafay desert diner was the highlight, ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC, the waterfal and monkeys are beautiful but our guide wasn't great and we spent an hour in tourist shops we didn't want to go to, Essaouira day trip is also great) - paid 40 euros for a return airport transfer, not too bad ( there is space for 7 people in the car and it s only a 15- 20 minutes journey - there is a nice rooftop bar with shishas right opposite - Street food 5 minutes walk from there, take right on Avenue Mohamed 5, you will see a few tables outside in a small street with about 4-5 restaurants. Good tagines and Co for about 150 diram for 2 people ( £13) - also great restaurant in the street on the left when leaving the hotel but needs to be booked as it is quickly full - overall a fantastic experience, thanks again for being welcoming, and sorry about the long review, I like to know as much as possible before I book and I guess many people do too I cannot stress enough how great this hotel was!

I stayed in Diwane Hotel for 6 nights. Just returned from a lovely trip in Marrakech. I am from UK and there were many others from UK aswell. I can't fault this hotel all the staff from the reception to the security to the kitchen were very friendly. There is a desk where you can book tours and activities, the lady at that desk is also helpful. I did the hammam experience in the hotel spa and that was amazing. You have to pay for it separately but well worth it. Even the spa lady was so kind and sweet. The rooms are clean and spacious. It has a traditional moroccon decor which I personally loved. It's not a new modern hotel but very comfortable. The location is great. There is a sweetshop for water etc just outside aswell as other shops and cafes. You can walk to many shops. It's also close to the main city and airport is just 15 mins drive. The pool is beautiful and cleaned daily. I would recommend to anyone. What I can say is I read the reviews before booking this as the majority of people were happy with this hotel. There will always be one or two who complain. So I would say go by the majority according to your needs. For me it ticked all the boxes. I have 2 children aged 7 and 12 and they loved it too.

The pool was great. We were given a room with a balcony which looked onto the pool which we loved. The location is good, guerliz is more laid back than the medina area, which I preferred. We walked to the medina most days, its a couple of miles, but very straightforward. There is a carrefour maybe 5 minutes walk away and a fridge in the room so getting snacks is easy. The cafe negociants across the road from the hotel is also really nice, like 15dh for a coffee and water and you can watch the world go by.

The location couldn't have been better, situated right in the heart of Gueliz, the city center. The hotel's pool was a delightful highlight, providing a refreshing oasis to relax and unwind. Its beauty and cleanliness added to the overall appeal, making it a perfect spot to cool off. The room was spacious with great view on the pool. The breakfast served at the hotel was very good. The variety of options and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations.

Aniskoukabi

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful all of the time and they were very good communicators. The location was great, the bigger, cleaner, busier area of Marrakech did not disappoint. Perfect central spot. The pool was big enough and was a sun spot for the majority of the day, a good amount of sun-beds surround it. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, the balconies were spacious with a great view and the bathroom/shower was amazing.
